Can I Return an Item?
Yes — we accept returns if your item is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimate apparel) may have return restrictions. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet our return eligibility conditions listed above.
What If an Item Is Faulty?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the ACL.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable, especially for faulty items)
