Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information; in such cases we will issue a full refund.

Shipping

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as intimate apparel) may have return restrictions, which will be noted on the product page. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
