We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time varies depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and are estimates only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the available shipping service.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking details.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on underwear, including briefs and boxer shorts. This applies whether or not the item has been opened or tried on.

Our other pieces may be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will make it right regardless of category. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please include your order number, the item and size, the reason for your request, and photographs where relevant. We will reply with return instructions.

Underwear cannot be returned for change of mind, but please still contact us if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect — we will cover return postage in those cases.

Not for underwear, unfortunately — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges on briefs or boxer shorts once they have left us.

The main fabric that surrounds your skin is 100% undyed organic cotton. A small amount of elastane is used only in functional areas such as the waistband, leg openings and lace, helping the garment fit comfortably and retain its shape.

Our product is made by a GOTS-certified manufacturing partner, certified by ECOCERT Greenlife. Exact material composition is listed on each product page.

Always follow the care instructions shown on the product page and garment label.

For our Maternity Friendly Brief, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash with like colours. Do not bleach or dry clean. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Tumble drying is not recommended. Cool iron if needed.

Natural cotton may experience slight shrinkage with washing. Wash cold and avoid tumble drying to help maintain the garment’s size and shape.
